UG: Northwest Missouri State University (MO) Offers Financial Waiver to International Students
This award will serve as a tuition waiver that represents the value of the difference in price between in-state and out-of-state tuition. The student must be accepted into Northwest's undergraduate program and must have TOEFL 65 iBT/513 PBT, 6.0 on Academic IELTS, or 43 on the Pearson Test of English.

UG: University of Wisconsin-Platteville (WI) Offers Scholarships for English Language Program Students
The scholarship ranges from $1,000 - $3,000 per year and is renewable.
