UG: MONMOUTH COLLEGE (IL) INTERNATIONAL STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS

Monmouth College is a selective, private, residential liberal arts college of 1260 students and 97 faculty in west central Illinois.  It offers courses in the sciences, humanities, social sciences and arts (popular majors include computer science, communications and public relations, psychology, chemistry, physics, environmental science, international business and accounting).

Monmouth College has a longstanding tradition of welcoming students from every part of the world. The College accepts applications at any point throughout the year.  There is no application fee, and admitted students are automatically considered for academic merit scholarship awards. SAT or ACT scores are helpful in the admissions review but are not required.

The College's merit-based financial assistance ranges from approximately $18,000 per year up to $21,000 per year (total assistance over four years averages $76,000). All scholarships are renewable for each year of the student's college career (up to four years in total, given good academic standing) - these are not one-year scholarships. The scholarships are partial tuition waivers.

The University of Oregon is an institution where students, faculty members, and employees from a wide variety of backgrounds share a commitment to preserving the environment and pursuing innovation in more than 260 academic programs.  The university awards over one million dollars in scholarships to UO international students each year. Tuition, cash and work-study awards are available. Selection is based on financial need and academic merit.

International Cultural Service Program (ICSP): ~10 - 20 tuition scholarships ranging from $6,000 - $20,000. (Cultural service requirement for recipients.)

International Dean's Excellence Award (IDEA): Partial tuition scholarships based on academic merit ranging from $6,000 - $8,000. (Awarded to new students only based on GPA. No application necessary.)

Central College is a residential liberal arts college that integrates career preparation with the development of values essential to responsible citizenship, empowering graduates for effective service in local, national and international communities.

Financial Aid is available to qualified international students, ranging from $12,000 to $15,000 (American dollars) per year. As a land-grant university, the University of Arkansas strives to fulfill a three-fold mission of teaching, research, and service. In addition, as the flagship campus of the University of Arkansas System, the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville serves as the state's major center of liberal and professional education and as Arkansas' main source of theoretical and applied research.

The John and Marie Lavallard International Scholarship Fund shall be awarded annually to an outstanding international student with financial need at the University of Arkansas campus. Husson is a university of choice for premier professional programs where students succeed, experiential learning is championed and global engagement is emphasized.  Husson University inspires and prepares students for professional careers in current and emerging fields within the context of an education informed by the sciences and humanities.

East Tennessee State University (ETSU) still offers the International Students Academic Merit Scholarship to all new qualified international students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. This scholarship covers 50% of tuition. The award lasts for up to 8 semesters for undergraduate recipient, 5 semesters for recipients seeking a master's degree, and 8 semesters for doctoral recipients .
