UG: SUNY Plattsburgh Merit- and Need-Based Financial Aid
SUNY Plattsburgh has been providing financial aid to international undergraduates for more than a decade.  The result has been exceptional global diversity on campus and more than a thousand successful alumni worldwide.  Plattsburgh currently enrolls approximately 350 international undergraduates from more than 60 countries.

International student financial aid awards are based on academic merit, country of residence, and financial need.  The average award for 2013-2014 is expected to be approximately $6,200, increased from an average of $4,500 in 2012-2013.   The minimum award package for 2013-2014 is $2,500 and the maximum is $10,500.  The estimated billed cost of attendance (including tuition, housing, food, and mandatory fees) is $28,700.
To determine the estimated value of an individual student's financial aid package, try our easy-to-use international award calculator:  https://banweb.cc.plattsburgh.edu/pls/banprd/international.scholarships.

The International Admissions Office employs rolling admission.  So we are reviewing applications for fall 2013 now and will continue to do so until all seats for the fall class are filled (usually about May 1).  Please contact Jackie Girard Vogl, Assistant Vice President for Global Education, for more information about majors, location, campus life, cost, scholarship, etc.
