the tuition of each student to $1,440 (EST) and $1,290 (CCP).

Our English for Science and Technology Program received an enthusiastic response from students and institutions.
Comments from Summer Quarter students include:
* "Field trips. We do not usually have such an opportunity to visit research institutions in the United States. Therefore, it was really a rare and important experience for me."
* "The different ways to teach English for the four different parts of the program is a great way to improve oral English and research English (presentation, listening & pronunciation, field trips, hot topics)."

Our Communication and Culture Program has produced significant gains in students' confidence and motivation.
In the students' words, what they liked most was:
* "The useful knowledge I learn here. Most of the courses are very interesting, and inspire students to study English more diligently and create the desire to know more about American culture."
* "Good qualified teachers, lovely staff, wonderful cultural exchange."
*  "We had access to many resources at the computer labs and library, many out-door activities such as the Ice Cream Social and many field trips to famous landscapes in California."
