Wesleyan university welcomes international applicants
Wesleyan University is a private, nonsectarian university of liberal arts and sciences for men and women. Wesleyan offers its students the advantages and benefits of a relatively small school along with the facilities, faculty, and research opportunities usually found at larger universities.
Established in 1831, Wesleyan has a long tradition of sustaining a
remarkably diverse, lively community of learning. Located in Middletown,
Connecticut (pop. 45,000), Wesleyan is two hours from New York City and two hours from Boston, situated in New England along the Connecticut River midway between Hartford and New Haven.

The Wesleyan Freeman Asian Scholars Program*, provides full tuition

Wesleyan has dedicated significant resources to worldwide travel. American International College, Massachusetts welcomes international
students
We have students from over 60 countries around the world and that number is growing everyday. Our college was founded in 1885 with the purpose of
educating international immigrants coming to America.
American International College is an innovative school that offers
undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate degrees. We have a wide-array of academic degree programs from which student can choose. International Scholarships at Troy University
International Student Scholarships are available on a limited basis for
exceptional students.
Undergraduate Scholarship Opportunities:
- Prepared Student Scholarships: $1,000 for students scoring above 550 (213 cbt) on the TOEFL
- International Cultural Scholarships: $ 1,000 for students who
present programs on their home countries to campus and community
organizations
- International Honor Scholarships: $2,000 for students who maintain a B average (3.0 or higher and have completed 30 semester hours at
Troy University).

International student scholarships and graduate assistantships at Northern Kentucky University
Greetings from Northern Kentucky University! I am writing to update you on important deadlines and offerings at Northern Kentucky University. We are well into our fall semester which began in August but we are still accepting applications for the spring semester which will begin on January 10, 2010.
The application deadline for the upcoming semester is October 1, 2009. All students can apply at http://apply.nku.edu and instructions on applying can be found at http://oiss.nku.edu/
Students who apply for the January semester may receive the International Student Award and/or the Transfer Award.
Transfer Award:The Transfer Award is available for students who transfer to Northern Kentucky University a minimum of 60 credit hours from an accredited university any where in the world. This award is in the amount of $2,000/year and students do not need to complete any additional applications for this scholarship.
Graduate students are always encouraged to apply for graduate assistantships. More information about assistantships can be found at

The university is also offering a large variety of institutional scholarships for students planning to enroll in August 2010. These scholarships cover a range of amounts but may include full tuition and room and board. All of these scholarships require a separate scholarship application as well as a strong SAT score and outstanding grades.
